Italian SIM cards - 12/7/2023

 I'm at the airport...My teeth are very white according to my mom. I found my skimasks and packed them. I logged my 100th movie of the year last night. I watched May December and my 100th movie was "No One Will Save You", an alien movie. Its p cool to have so many things in the works. Im very sleepy atm tbh. I will have to text the people when we're at the airport in Italy. My mom said shes shutting her brain off for the trip so I'll be in charge of everything. There is a babie here that is v cute--I think her family is Thai. I think I'll start reading soon. I just took a shit in Italy yall! Its about noon and we got a nice informative ride from the station to the airbnb from our host. The place is nice and the drive her was beautiful. All Hail Caesar's home, niggas! I feel excited and a little confident that we'll succeed in our travels. Im gonna wipe my ass now. Its 10:46pm and im taking my second shit in Italy. I just woke up. My mom is still asleep. I had at least two dreams--neither pleasant and neither I can remember well. What I can remember is that in one of them, this airbnb had a 3rd bedroom, a more luxurious one. In the bathroom there was a reflective metallic sink that I jarringly saw my reflection in. Just a few minutes ago I had a memory of the other dream but it escaped me. Its now almost 4am on Dec 9th and I'm quite sleepy. I've showered, shampooed + conditioned my hair, brushed + flossed, lotioned myself, did my skin + hair routine, and took note of several songs + artists from Italy where music I discovered as my mom watched VH1. She is now watching a murder show. She will find a way. It is obviously in Italian but I'm sure thats not much limiting her understanding of the case. Before doing all this stuff me and my mom went outside to look for a convenience store but we couldnt find the place. The GPS wouldnt work properly as there was no connection. I hate phones and technology so goddamn much. Metro PCS specifically told me I'd be fine as long as I had my phone on roam. I even tried to call them and the call failed. The only thing we can do now is get Italian SIM cards. Other things I did: read and wrote and liked reviews for the airplane movies I watched, texted Cecilia + Sihan, and took pain meds. I feel better atm. I cant wait to freakin eat and get some caffeine in the morning. Im hoping we'll find food easy. I set alarms on both our phones, I'm charging hers now & will charge mine shortly. She picked out our clothes for tomorrow: we'll be wearing our matching hoodies. Im going to put my teeth whitening strips near my clothes and I'll go to sleep for the next 3 someodd hours.

So now  I sit in the airport. It is sunny and a few rows in front of me, waiting is a beautiful woman and her young son. Im trying to avoid looking at her which is proving to be difficult. I didn’t get to report one of my days so I’ll attempt to do so here, briefly. The morning of the day I didn’t report I drover to the French Quarter to go to Loretta’s which is in the French Market, that lil cool terminal bazaar thing I was telling you about. I made it on time, for some reason, according to Google they were closing @ 3pm so I made sure to be in line around 2:30pm. I feel like google was wrong though–it would’ve been strange to close so early when it was so busy and bustling. The line had grown long behind me and no one at Loretta’s had tried to shut it down, further evidence that Google was wrong. There was a standing bouquet of flowers to the right of me which I had overheard from the lady behind me had to’ve been dedicated to Loretta, who she said passed away last week. I hadn’t...
